Hello.
Periodically i get following error on Windows 7 x64 Sp1 with Intel SSD 520 Series, firmware version 400i:
"KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR (7a)
The requested page of kernel data could not be read in. Typically caused by
a bad block in the paging file or disk controller error. Also see
KERNEL_STACK_INPAGE_ERROR."
Full text you can find in attachment called bsod.txt
Info from Intel SSD Toolbox is in attachment called ssd.csv.
I checked ssd with Solid-State Driver Toolbox, but tool didn't report anything bad.
Also I checked disk by Windows, checked memory using Memtest and Windows Memory Diagnostics Tool - no errors.
I check another Sata disk using Viktoria and got no errors.
Yesterday I resize Windows paging file to 400 mb on SSD and create another paging file on Sata disk. May be this will minimize BSOD.
Can anyone suggest how I can check my SSD and resolve problem with periodic BSODs?
